Government Authority located in Colorado; USA based organization looking for design and installation for carport and photovoltaic system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide design and installation for carport and photovoltaic system,
- Provide a structural engineering analysis and stamped approved by the contractor, including mounting to ground and guarantee integrity of carport structure to safely hold the collectors and mounting system, racking system should be engineered for 110 mph wind zone.
- Design of the carport structure shall be done by a licensed professional engineer in accordance with current applicable engineering practices and principles.
- Provide a “turnkey” system with all equipment, materials, design, permitting and installation services for carport and utility-interconnected PV system.
- PV collectors shall be mounted on a carport structure to be provided and installed by the contractor.
- Provide racking wire management.
- Provide solar PV performance monitoring via cellular dashboard monitoring system compatible and approved.
- The design shall not interfere with area drainage or inhibit access to parking lots.
- The carport shall provide for a minimum 9-foot clearance.
- Design shall include snow and ice management.
- Design shall include gutters and downspout to the government authority located in Colorado.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 5, 2018.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on August 29, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
