[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional search firm services for qualified search firms with an extensive background conducting successful executive or senior level searches with a proven ability to recruit highly qualified, diverse and distinguished candidates utilizing industry best practices including assist the committees in reconciling divergent points of view with respect to position requirements and responsibilities, provide professional guidance to the committees in accurately targeting outstanding candidates for the positions, guide and assist mines throughout the entire search process, provide detailed recommendations on strategies and best practices used to ensure a smooth and successful search process, provide leadership and consulting on the design and implementation of a search process and a communications plan for filling the position for which you are being engaged to help fill, help craft and further develop the position description and specifications, develop the strategy for identifying a qualified candidate pool that reflects commitment to gender, racial and ethnic diversity, assist in the preparation of agendas for meetings, provide meeting minutes to all relevant parties, provide uniform and objective evaluations of all potential candidates, bring forth appropriately vetted candidates, help guide a critical evaluation process of candidates, assist with evaluation of candidates, providing assessments of the selected candidates to the government authority located in Golden, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
