Vendor needs to provide computer assisted dispatch system include, among other capabilities, computer-controlled emergency vehicle dispatching, vehicle status, incident reporting and management information, developing and delivering a detailed project schedule to include delivery of regularly scheduled status reports and identifying and managing project risks and issues, configuration of site infrastructure which includes all requirements and hardware, software development, go-live and reliability testing.
- CAD-to-CAD solution promotes efficiency among the participating agencies and enables them to provide the best possible customer service to the regions they serve by increasing situational awareness and decreasing response times.
- CAD-to-CAD system to track and view the status of all resources and assets of all agencies, in real-time, view all agency dispatched incident information and time, transfer call information from CAD-to-CAD, Send and receive requests for resources, acknowledge the request for resources and approve or deny the request for resource.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
