[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call center and online management system for procure a hotline and online management system for reporting of concerns, management of concern reports and anonymous communication with students, staff and members of the public who have reported concerns. The hotline must;
- Provide a 24/7 staffed hotline number (preferably toll-free).
- Allow for anonymous reporting via phone and internet.
- Provide a web-based website that is accessible from common browsers such as internet explorer, chrome and Firefox.
- Allow the individual making the complaint to attach documents to complaints made via the internet including Word, Excel and PDF documents, photos and recordings.
- Allow multiple users from the community college system to access the web-based management site and provide access limitations to certain types of reports, actions and locations.
- Provide tools for managing reports in a web-based platform.
- Provide analytics and reporting capabilities.
- provide capture data including:
• Date of the incident
• Place of the incident
• Description of the incident
• Persons involved in the incident
• Contact information (if not anonymous)
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor may need to visit client location for onsite meetings.
