[A] Budget: 100,000.00 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Investment Impact Study and Consulting Services to
- Collection of reliable and valid socioeconomic and neighborhood data
a) This collection shall be primarily undertaken by the awarded Vendor
- Identification of casual or correlated data to outcomes and changes
- Creation of typology for understanding different types of stages of neighborhood change
- Review of best practice programs and services utilized (or considered) in the US for addressing involuntary displacement and/or supporting neighborhood stabilization and equity building
- Assistance in development of a simplified investment/change analysis model to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 9, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
