[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automated employee scheduling system for Police and fire Department.
- To create business rules to govern all scheduling and leave issues.
- Allow user-defined and editable business rules to govern leave policies, set schedules, set staffing levels, fill vacancies, handle off-duty work schedules, call out for specialty units, and other types of circumstances that govern scheduling.
- Inbound and outbound communication that includes user leave requests and overtime signup, messaging (individual and group), overtime offers, and the ability for supervisors to approve leave requests and additional work hours.
- System shall include a mobile version for access via a “smart phone”.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
