[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website development and hosting services for flexibility in design and simplicity in maintenance and operation, development, maintain site as needed and host site, Able to easily create and maintain web promotions and discount sales events, created and hosted webpages must be produced with responsive web design to ensure friendly conversion for a variety of devices and screen sizes and created and hosted webpages must be compliant with the web content accessibility guidelines.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide campus store point of sale, inventory management and accounting system for accept tenders currently in use, with the ability to add or modify when needed, and process multiple tender transactions, flexible to change in the event that current processor changes, accept and work seamlessly with the college financial aid and third-party charges, accept and work seamlessly with the stores loyalty program and gift cards, easily customized by users with that privilege, ability to handle more than one cashier per cash register drawer, able to easily track each cashier per cash register drawer, able to easily review sales transactions on screen or printed, able to tax exempt one item or the entire sale and able to adjust tax quickly and easily at register if needed.
(3) All questions had been submitted in writing no later than July 6, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
