[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide personal computer, laptop and monitor replacement program service to procure the desired number of PCs and laptops according to the hardware specifications established by the city, image the purchased PCs and laptops with the city’s established image, store the PCs and laptops until ready for deployment, distribute PCs and laptops and transfer data from old PCs and laptops on a schedule as determined between the city and the contractor and remove and dispose of old hardware to the government authority located in Lakewood, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 21, 2018.
