[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website content management system for delivering a flexible and scalable CMS supporting the creation, management, and publishing of website content inclusive of services for the designated city users, providing content analysis, planning, and assistance with migration to a new framework and creating a site that is responsive, mobile-friendly, and designed in accordance with the city’s graphic guidelines.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
