[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional consultant service to improve walkability, equity, affordability, economic opportunity, transit access, and overall quality of life, identify and prioritize infrastructure improvements and land use changes to improve walking, bicycling, and transit conditions, create long term community ownership of plans that maintain support through changing political environments, provide long term recommendations that maintain relevancy through changes in economic cycles, build the capacity of community stakeholders and city staff and establish model processes and tools for subsequent phases of the neighbourhood planning initiative to the government authority located in Denver, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 27, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference shall be held on April 24, 2018.
