(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic ticketing system to manage ticket operations for several campus partners including athletics, performing, visual arts, graduation and student activities, it should be flexible in its application to each area as well as in its reporting abilities, increasing sales and improving the customer experience and anticipates growth in online sales in the near future so a customer friendly user platform on the web is also highly desired.
