(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for material testing and geotechnical including include soil investigation, construction materials testing, special inspections and construction observation on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Fort Collins, CO.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 16, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
