[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide print management software to procure a District-wide Print Management application, on premise or SAAS/Cloud, web client/portal should support modern desktop browsers, iOS, and Android, software is a SAAS/Cloud based, your application would need to be SAS70 compliant , on-premise application will be placed behind a load balancer for security and resiliency purposes, to control and track printing by user at the 181 various sites for all network HP printers and all multi-functional copier equipment managed by the Copier Program.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
