[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual equipment supplies at training room in jail to turn-key upgrade shall include material, cabling, and labor necessary for the installation, testing and adjustment of the system, for two projectors to be used at one time, to be switching capability for two different displays on each of the screens, wireless touch panel, digital volume control, smart board, crown amplifier, daylight projector screen, new DVD player, integrate with current audio system, wireless control panel similar to the Crestron TPMC or tablet to the government authority located in Greeley, CO.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 20, 2018.
