[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical third party administrative services and stop loss insurance services to receipt of medical claims either by paper or electronically, review and examine all claims and request any additional information, determine medical necessity and reasonableness of charges based on the quality, quantity, and coding (billing, procedure, and diagnosis), process claims presented that are determined to be covered by the medical plans utilizing all applicable guidelines, including discounts, fee arrangements, plan limits and exclusions and issue explanation of benefits in a format specified by the plan participant (paper and electronic).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 8, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
