(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated utilities suite systems integration services for create application and technology blueprints, create conceptual integration designs, create functional and technical designs, create data conversion designs, including data maps from legacy to new applications and implement a release management framework including coordination and management of releases to various environments to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO.
(2) An intent to respond due on March 1, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 12, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office locatio.
