[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system to a fully hosted/managed and supported web-based solution, ability to license, assign and track training for its staff, user friendly from both an administrative side and a user side, system needs to support both a face to face system for professional learning and a blended or virtual environment as well as the ability to support tracks of professional learning that need to be completed within their role, linking professional learning to evaluation.
- Online training calendar
- Ability to track contact hours and distinguish types of credit  
- Ability to attach documents (e.g., policies, syllabi) to courses
- Ability to search for training classes (e.g., by course number or title)
- Ability to set up courses, multiple locations, dates, times
- Online registration process for employees- to enroll and un-enroll
- Ability to establish prerequisites (e.g., viewed online courses)
- Ability to verify attendance post-training
- Participants can print certificates of completion or transcripts
- Print course rosters
- Ability to wait-list enrollees
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 27, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
