(1) Vendor needs to provide data collection services for collection of a core set of data on traffic volumes, patterns, speeds and congestion, data on pedestrian and bike volumes and patterns, data on conflicts and safety hazards associated with interactions between pedestrians, bikes, buses, and other vehicles and data on origin and destination of trips to the government authority located in Aspen, CO.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 21, 2018.
