[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency notification system that must function in a multiple environment, used for a variety of circumstances both emergent and non-emergent in nature, allow the user the ability to listen to emergency notification message prior to a notification being deployed, allow the flexibility of launching an event from a computer via a web-based application or from the field, ability to send notification messages to users in a text format as well as voice and email.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
