(1) Vendor needs to provide promotions, advertising and special events program consulting services for analysis of visitor demographics to establish a target area for advertising and promotions, development of an advertising campaign to more effectively reach the target audience, including social media, print media, radio and other sources, provide media analysis and assist, advise on methods to evaluate advertising and promotions for effectiveness, develop a marketing plan, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 19, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
