(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation claims administration services to centralized claims and incident-only reporting via phone, online and email, allow transfer of claim file, allocated expenses controlled and clearly identified with billings, on-line access to claim notes, financial and reports, medical case management, accident and claims reporting process, assistance and problem resolution, claim data and information system.
