[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide branding and marketing consultant services to develop or refine a brand and educate the public about the benefits of the new system, develop a branding framework, branding strategy that conveys the distinctive message of the new service in words and graphics and communications strategy that distributes that message to existing riders, potential users, stakeholders, and influencers of the new service.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
