(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services including dust and clean light fixtures, exit, emergency and directional signs, dust and clean ventilation louvers, vacuum floor mats and runners, clean all baseboards, empty trash receptacles, general vacuuming, empty paper shredder receptacles, full strip and wax, clean fixtures, mirrors and bright work, etc. to the government authority located in Grand Junction, CO.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 3, 2018.
