[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement management software to measure, track and forecast pavement conditions of paved roads and to develop a systematic way of prioritizing resurfacing projects in a cost-effective and time-effective manner including installation and implementation of new pavement management software, On-the-ground inventory of the existing surface conditions and pavement forecasting methodologies to track surface treatments and forecast resurfacing needs etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2017.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
