Government Authority located in Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for paper to digital document indexing, imaging and microfilm services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document indexing, imaging and microfilm services using minimum scanning resolution of 300 dpi into JPEG, PDF or TIFF formats and create 35mm microfilm of each page from the TIFF Group IV digital images.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2017.
(3) A contract term should be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
