[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide energy trading and risk management software to a new cloud-based solution for support the trading activities of the electric traders for bilateral trades as well as placing bids into the southwest power pool to power trading and settlements, gas trading and settlements, fuels purchasing, all proposed systems.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 18, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
