(1) Vendor needs to provide citizen relationship management software to improve citizen engagement, monitor project status, collect and centralize data, create an environment of transparency, and improve customer service, track workflow progress, establish escalation procedures and provide high-level reporting, streamline service, business processes, and communication with internal and external customers include mobile app capabilities, software training, implementation and support services.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
