[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tobacco public awareness and education campaigns services including media campaigns to reach large audiences with critical health messages, design comprehensive and targeted campaigns and develop creative materials to promote these digital platforms, promote digital properties including the negotiation and placement of media selected, manage social media accounts, develop campaigns into print and digital communication template materials, develop campaigns with guidance from the tobacco education, prevention and cessation grant program through earned media templates, radio scripts, print fact sheets, fliers, post cards, posters and brochures, web banners and digital ads and developing media strategies for hard-to-reach audiences.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 11, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
