(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual system to remove and replace the current audio processing, video processing, and control systems, and replacing with a new feature rich audio-visual system, new installation will require the mounting of ceiling mount speakers, mounting equipment in the rack, mounting projectors and displays new cable run throughout, system programming and testing, and any other labor necessary to the government authority located in Littleton, CO.
(2) An optional walk-thru will be held on October 3, 2017.
