(1) Vendor needs to provide food and beverage concession services for employing, training, staffing and managing all personnel required to properly operate and maintain the concession facilities, foot concession stand, outdoor plaza with approximately 20 picnic tables for seating, hot water heater, 2 blowers mounted above serving windows, 1 triple sink, 1 sink to the government authority located in Steamboat Springs, CO.
(2) A voluntary pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on September 5, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 6, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for two years.
