[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inbound call center services for employees with a free taxi ride home if an emergency occurs while at work in case of employee illness, a family member’s illness, or working an unexpected late shift beyond the scheduled bus or light rail service hours.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 3,900 calls per year (325 calls or 3,250 minutes per month).
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
