[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and install building notification system for fire, emergency and management instructions, able to broadcast to individual zones and speakers will be strategically set as to where everyone in each wing can adequately hear the messages over the sound system.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2017.
(3) A site visit will be held on August 11, 2017.
(4) This bid is set aside for total small business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
