[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COBRA billing services for sending out all cobra election notices including all follow up notices for lack of payment, monthly payment coupons and termination of coverage notices and other required notices.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2017.
(3) Contract will be for the period of one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
